At this time of the year, most of us find ourselves deliberating on where we plan to give offerings for the following year. There are so many ministries out there today, it would be impossible to make the determination on our own.
The Trumpeter Magazine was established as a ministry for ministries. We are approved as a 509 (A)(l), not-for-profit organization. We are here to help ministries in South Florida get the necessary support they need to accomplish the vision God has set before them. We serve as a liaison, bridging the gap between ministries and the secular world. These organizations are referred to as para church ministries. Most, if not all of you, have heard of various ministries such as the Aids Ministry for both patients, and children of Aids mothers, Women’s Pregnancy Center is another and various Evangelical ministries just to name a few.
God has given a vision to these people to help, but where do they go for support? A call to the ministry is one thing. Carrying the idea through can be time-consuming. We explain to these ministers the procedure to acquire bank loans or secure government funding for their ministry. We teach them financial management and supply them with other pertinent data. We also give them information for securing software for non-profit organizations.
Most Christians and even many who are not, would like very much to help a ministry whose purpose is to help others. But how can they do this and be certain their donation will go to the proper ministry? With The Trumpeter Magazine, you can feel secure that your funds will be put to the best use.
The Trumpeter Magazine is helping these ministries put all their concerns aside so they may focus on their vision. Our vision is to be here for them. We aim to serve as a clearinghouse of information to the Christian community. With our close association to the local Christian networks and businesses, The Trumpeter Magazine hopes
to bridge communities of resource with communities in need.
As your thoughts turn to offerings for 1998, we ask you to prayerfully ask God what you should do to help these ministries through The Trumpeter Magazine. You will start the new year with seed planting that promises to be a great harvest.
