If one begins to read the Bible through, it will soon be seen that there are indeed some other notable verses which have been designated as the sixteenth verse of the third chapter of the respective books. There are 28 Old Testament books which have a 3:16 verse in them, and only 11 Old Testament books that do not have a 3:16 verse. The latter are: Ezra, Esther, Psalms, Song of Solomon, Hosea, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Haggai, and Zechariah. There are 21 New Testament books which have a 3:16 verse in them, and only 6 New Testament books do not contain a 3:16 verse.
