Dade Christian Coalition starts Operation Restoration
Dade County Christian Coalition has kicked off Operation Restoration to get out the vote for primary elections on Tuesday, September 3, 1996
1996 is a pivotal year for our country and our County. While most voters are aware of the 1996 presidential elections, sadly, most in our community are not aware of the crucial Countrywide Primary Elections being held on Tuesday, September 3, 1996 for Mayor, School Board Commission and Judges - all on the same day! This affords us the unique opportunity to ensure the pro-family voice is heard!
The Dade County Christian Coalition will kick off the month of August with "Operation Restoration: Reclaiming Dade County for the Family" in an effort to "get out the vote" in our community by printing and distributing at least l00,000 non-partisan voter guides on candidates running for the aforementioned Countywide offices, Mayor, School Board, and County Commission.
The Dade County Christian Coalition and the Conservative Christian Chronicle will be hosting Education Forum '96: An evening with the Dade County School Board Candidates on Saturday, August 3, 1996 at Miami Christian School located at 200 N.W. 109th Avenue in Miami from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm.
Furthermore, we will also be hosting Legislative Forum '96: An evening with the Dade County Commission Candidates on Saturday, August 10 at Miami Christian School. This will be your opportunity to personally meet and greet each one of the candidates running for Countywide office and learn where they stand on the issues that relate to the family, so that on Tuesday, September 3, 1996 you can vote to elect the candidate that will best represent us right here in Dade County. This event is open to the entire community, those running for office and concerned citizens, so call the Dade County Coalition office to reserve your seat early.
